Children's Work - Primary, ages 3-8
 |
We have a large and exciting children's
work thanks to a great team. On Sunday mornings the children (3-8s)
have their own programme.
They stay in for the first
15 minutes of the service and then go out to their classes where
they learn about the Bible, do drawings, and do lots of fun things.

The children also have trips out and
do special services such as the yearly Christmas nativity play and
other church activities.

Children's Work - Junior Church and Junior Christian
Endeavour, ages 8-11.
 |
Junior Church is for 8-11s. On Sundays mornings,
they stay in for the first 15 minutes of the service and then leave
for their own programme Bible teaching and games.
Junior Christian Endeavour is for 8-11s
and meets on Mondays 6.30pm-8pm for church and local young people.

also run trips through the year and have involvement in church life |
We have a strict child protection policy known as 'Safe
to Grow' in line with Baptist Union and government guidelines for under
18s. All workers and helpers dealing with children and young people have
to go through the procedure and be checked by the National Criminal Records
office. We want to reflect God's love and concern for children and young
people and give them the full protection they deserve
